Every appointment starts with a consultation and a personalized color plan built around the client's natural hair, features and lifestyle. Custom formulas and hand-painted technique are used, and tone is chosen around the client's skin, eyes and natural hair. The salon describes its color as premium and says the results are natural, grow out well and don't call for monthly visits. A consultation can be booked on the same day as a service, and it always happens first.

Balayage is a multi-visit process, and most appointments take three to four hours, with brief processing periods in longer sessions. Extreme or unsafe lightening is not done in a single session, and the salon may decline services that could compromise hair health or structure. Seamless Balayage starts at $395; the final price depends on starting point, color history, hair length and density, and the plan created, and the expected price is confirmed before the appointment is approved.

Appointment requests are reviewed and confirmed by the stylist before the date and time are final, and clients can join a waitlist for days and times they can accept. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice, and clients more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
