The salon carries hair care lines from L'Oreal Professional, Redken, R+Co and Kerastase. It says it chooses only high-quality products and places a strong emphasis on customer service. The team is described by the salon as experienced, innovative and professional, and the salon says it works to build a positive culture and teamwork among staff.

A visit often starts with a consultation, where stylists make recommendations for at-home hair maintenance. Clients can ask to try a product, and staff will demonstrate it, answer questions and provide a sample. Unopened, sealed and unused products can be refunded or exchanged within seven days of purchase, and opened products may be swapped for one better suited to the client.

Booking requires at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged the full amount.
