Pricing for most services follows three levels, Stylist, Advanced and Master, set by each stylist's experience and education and the demands on their time. Listed prices are starting prices and exclude sales tax and gratuity. A women's cut and style starts at $75 at Stylist level, $85 at Advanced and $95 or more at Master level.

Color is a large part of the menu. Base color starts at $85 and all over color at $95, with foil highlights from $125, gloss from $115, and custom blonding in balayage, foilage or babylight styles from $200 to $300. Color correction is booked as a 4 to 7 hour appointment and can cost up to $650.

Guests are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, since late arrivals may receive a shortened service or need to rebook. Cancellations or changes need 24 to 48 hours notice, and appointments cancelled with less notice or no-shows are charged the full service fee, with emergencies handled case by case.

Card payments carry a 3% surcharge and cash is accepted. Services are not refunded, but a guest who is unhappy with a service can notify the salon within 5 days to be offered a complimentary redo within two weeks. Retail products can be exchanged with a receipt within 14 days, and gift cards never expire and can be used for any service or product.

The salon sets its prices by stylist level and says it uses professional hair products from established brands, including Kérastase and Oribe.
