The spa describes itself as a calm retreat where people from the neighborhood can step away from the commotion and unwind, and it says the space feels like home. Each service is adjusted to the client's needs and concerns. Couples can book a shared session in two private rooms, with each therapist personalizing their side of the treatment. Clients who want a focused session can say so on the intake form or during consultation. Guests are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and complimentary tea is offered before appointments.

Products include essential oils, plant extracts, vitamins and minerals. Named treatments include the Blissful Body Facial, a 75-minute full-body treatment using Dead Sea clay and salts, soy and shea butter; the Acne Therapy facial, a 90-minute session with salicylic acid, a restorative mask and LED Light Therapy; and the Seasonal Massage, which uses a warm herbal oil with ashwagandha and passionflower. Facials range from a 30-minute Mini Glow Facial to the 90-minute Acne Therapy. Massage ranges from an 80-dollar 30-minute head, neck and shoulders session to a 75-minute herbal detox wrap followed by a Therapeutic Massage.

Nail services are done by hand, without electric files or artificial enhancements, and pedicures use stainless steel bowls. Sugaring is made with sugar, lemon and water and uses less heat than waxing; the spa describes it as suitable for sensitive skin.

Spa packages combine several services into one booking, typically about 2 to 4 hours, and are reserved by phone. Classic packages include a robe and slippers. A free 15-minute consultation with the master esthetician assesses skin and suggests a treatment path; booking one requires a $25 deposit, which is credited toward a facial booked later.

Standard service changes require at least 24 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee, and spa package changes require at least 72 hours notice. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service total, and late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment at the same price. Completed services are not refunded, and deposits are refundable or transferable up to 24 hours before the appointment. Clients should tell the spa about any allergies, even if they are on the intake form. Hours are Monday 10 am to 4 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 10 am to 8 pm, Thursday 11 am to 8 pm, Friday 10 am to 7 pm, Saturday 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm.
