The facial menu is arranged in tiers. Focused Facials take 40 minutes and target hydration, acne, texture and aging concerns. Mini Facials are 20-minute express visits. Enhancements are add-ons, and up to five can usually be added to a facial, depending on location and service type.

According to the salon, many facials and enhancements involve little or no downtime.

Ongoing care and group options are part of the model. The Facial Maven membership includes one focused facial with an enhancement each month, and the Hydrafacial membership includes one Hydrafacial a month. Both include 10% off products and additional services, renew on the 1st of each month, and can be paused or cancelled at any time. Face Parties are offered for groups of five or more, and group bookings cover bachelorette parties, wellness events, girls' days and birthday celebrations. Membership availability varies by location, and some locations offer online booking while others list More Info only. A mobile app lets clients manage appointments and track their skincare history.
