The menu is organized in tiers. Focused facials run about 40 minutes and start with a professional skin analysis that guides which products and techniques are used. Next level facials take 40 to 50 minutes and use more advanced protocols. Mini facials are 20-minute express visits. Enhancements are add-ons that can be placed on most facials to target specific concerns, with up to five per visit and availability that varies by location and service type.
Beyond facials, the studio offers lash lifts with tint, brow shaping, brow tinting and henna, brow lamination, and brow and upper lip waxing. Groups can book Face Parties for five or more people, or group bookings for occasions such as bachelorette parties, wellness events and birthdays. Monthly memberships include a set number of facials each month and member pricing on enhancements, plus 10% off products and additional services. Memberships renew on the first of each month and can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Clients can book through the FACE FOUNDRIÉ app, which also helps them track their skincare and unlock perks. Walk-ins are welcome, and the business describes its prices as affordable. Gift cards and skincare products are sold through the website.
