Facials fall into three groups. Focused Facials run 40 minutes and begin with a professional skin analysis that determines the products and techniques used. This group includes Foundrié Glow, a facial built on a PCA SKIN product trio; Clean + Natural, which pairs gentle exfoliation and gua sha with hydration-focused, naturally derived products; Sculpt, which combines Hungarian massage, lymphatic drainage and facial cupping and takes about 40 minutes; and Cryo Queen, a 40-minute cryotherapy facial that the business says helps reduce puffiness. Next-Level Facials are longer, more advanced treatments. Microchanneling Powered by Procell takes 50 minutes, uses a stamping method with a growth factor serum, and includes LED light. Hydrafacial takes 40 minutes and uses vortex technology to exfoliate, extract and hydrate in one service, with LED light included. Firm AF is a 50-minute peptide facial with a firming mask, LED light and Hungarian massage. Acne Agent Powered by Face Reality is a 50-minute facial with skin analysis, targeted exfoliation, extractions, a hydrating enzyme mask, a chemical peel and LED light. Mini Facials are 20-minute visits: Mini Derma is an express dermaplaning service using a sterile blade, and Mini Mask is a hydration-focused facial that the site describes as suited to first-time clients and same-day events.
Most facials can be extended with up to five add-ons, though availability depends on the location and service. The add-ons fall into three categories. The first is exfoliation and glow: dermaplaning, chemical peel, enzyme mask, hydrating lip mask, barrier repair, and two hydrogel masks from BIOEFFECT. The second is massage and movement: Hungarian massage, facial cupping, gua sha, and scalp massage. The third is facial technology: LED light therapy and blue LED light therapy. According to the salon, its Celluma LED device is FDA-cleared. The salon also says blue light may assist skin prone to breakouts, and red light may soothe redness that shows on the skin. Barrier Repair uses EltaMD products, suits sensitive skin, and adds 10 minutes to a service.
Brow and lash services include brow henna, brow tinting, brow lamination, brow wax with tint, a lash lift with optional tint, and brow and lip waxing. Group options include Face Parties for five or more people and group bookings for events such as birthdays, bachelorette parties and girls' days.
Monthly memberships renew on the first of each month and can be paused or cancelled at any time. Facial Maven includes one focused facial with an enhancement each month, and the Hydrafacial membership includes one Hydrafacial a month. Both include 10% off products and additional services, and members receive member pricing on enhancements and a monthly perk. Memberships are shown per location.
Visitors can come in without an appointment or book for the same day. Before a visit, guests can fill out an online facial quiz or arrange a consultation. The FACE FOUNDRIÉ app is used to manage bookings and log skincare progress. Ahead of a facial, avoid harsh exfoliation, retinols, and AHA or BHA products for two to three days. Allow at least 14 days after Botox, filler, or a chemical peel before booking. Anyone who is pregnant or nursing should tell their esthetician so products can be adjusted. Daily SPF is recommended after treatment.
