Facials are arranged by length and intensity. Focused Facials run about 40 minutes and begin with a professional skin analysis that guides the products and techniques used. Next-Level Facials are longer, at 40 to 50 minutes, and use tech-based treatments. Mini Facials are 20-minute express options for a shorter visit.
Enhancements are add-ons, and a client can add up to five to most facials, though availability varies by location and service type. Lashes, brows and waxing are offered as their own group. Walk-ins are welcome and same-day booking is available. Clients can manage appointments, track their skincare and use member perks through the company's app, and an online facial quiz suggests services based on skin concerns, sensitivity and goals.
Memberships include a monthly facial with an enhancement, plus member pricing on products and additional services, and members can pause or cancel at any time. Groups can book a Face Parties session for five or more people, or a group booking for occasions such as bachelorette parties, girls' days and birthdays. The company also offers franchising under the name Own A Facial Bar.
