She chose a bar format over a full-service spa, aiming to make skin care affordable and to cut the parts of a traditional spa visit that the business considers wasted time and money.

A visit is built around short facials given at the bar. Routine facials run 40 minutes and include a customized treatment, a neck massage and basic extractions, and the business says they involve no downtime. Bar facials range from $69 to $129. Finishing extras such as dermaplaning or a neck and chest treatment must be booked ahead and add 15 minutes.

Clients are asked to check in 5 to 10 minutes early, and arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a reschedule. Appointments are booked online or by calling the location, and changes or cancellations must be made by phone rather than email or social media. A credit card reserves the appointment and is charged only for no-shows, same-day cancellations or late arrivals, with a $25 fee for no-shows and same-day cancellations. Groups of more than 3 people call the location to book.

Kids' facials are offered for younger clients: Tiny Glow for ages 5 to 8, Tween Glow for ages 9 to 12, and Teen Glow for ages 12 to 18. Lash, brow and wax services and The Fizz Collective membership, with three monthly tiers, round out the menu. Locations include Conway, Fayetteville, Jonesboro, Georgetown, Louisville, Nicholasville, Lexington, Chesterfield, Nashville and Frisco. The Conway, Jonesboro, Georgetown and Nicholasville locations list hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
