A visit is built around short facials given at the bar. Routine facials run 40 minutes and include a customized treatment, a neck massage and basic extractions, and the business says they involve no downtime. Bar facials range from $69 to $129. Finishing extras such as dermaplaning or a neck and chest treatment must be booked ahead and add 15 minutes.

Clients are asked to check in 5 to 10 minutes early, and arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean a shorter service or a reschedule. Appointments are booked online or by calling the location, and changes or cancellations must be made by phone rather than email or social media. A credit card reserves the appointment and is charged only for no-shows, same-day cancellations or late arrivals, with a $25 fee for no-shows and same-day cancellations. The Conway, Jonesboro, Georgetown and Nicholasville locations list hours of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
