Facials are performed by estheticians and are organized into focused facials of about 40 minutes, next-level facials of 40 to 50 minutes, and 20-minute mini facials. Focused facials begin with a professional skin analysis that guides which products and techniques are used. Clients can add up to five enhancements to most facials, depending on location and service type. An online facial quiz and, at some locations, skin consultations with a skin expert help clients choose a service.

Bookings can be made online through a Book Now button on each service page or in the FACE FOUNDRIÉ app, which also manages appointments, member perks and skincare tracking.
