The Wicker Park salon is on North Milwaukee Avenue, a short walk north of the Damen blue line station, and a Damen and Milwaukee/North Avenue bus stop is nearby. Both locations keep the same hours: Mondays and Tuesdays 10 AM to 7 PM, Wednesdays and Thursdays until 8 PM, Fridays until 6 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sundays 10 AM to 1 PM.

Before a first service, the salon offers a consultation, and clients are welcome to ask questions about waxing. Walk-ins are accepted when the salon can fit them, though booking ahead is recommended. Clients are advised to let hair grow for at least two weeks before a first wax and to exfoliate at least three days beforehand. Waxes are generally spaced two to six weeks apart, depending on the individual and how quickly hair returns. Technicians do not reuse wax sticks, so each application uses a new stick, and Wicker Park technicians clean and disinfect their stations between clients. The salon says it uses natural, gentle products whenever possible, and it sells a gentle exfoliant and a numbing treatment for waxing clients.
Services range from body and facial waxing and brazilian options to threading, brow and lash tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and perms, full lash application, and makeup from a lesson through full glam. Facials are offered at 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Waxing for men includes brow grooming, back and shoulders, chest and stomach, and the full range of body areas. The salon also performs custom-tailored waxing for all genders, including areas not listed on the menu.
Bridal facials, bridal makeup and bridal waxing packages are offered at the Wicker Park location only. The salon says its pre-wedding packages can save 10 to 20 percent. For parties, customized packages are available, and the salon can arrange food, drink and entertainment. The salon is BYOB and charges a closing fee for private events based on group size.
The salon offers a consultation before services and encourages clients to ask questions. It describes its products as natural and gentle whenever possible.
