For a mobile appointment, clients add their street address, unit number and zip code to the booking notes, and the appointment is not set until a confirmation text arrives. After-hours surcharges apply to mobile bookings between 8pm and 8am and on holidays, and mobile prices include gratuity and travel fees. Gratuity is not included in in-studio tan prices. Quotes for groups of two or more are available on request.

Both studio phones are text only, and texts and emails are answered within one to two business days. Gift cards are sold in fixed amounts of $25, $50, $100 and $200, or in custom amounts.
