The salon says its goal is a relaxing, rejuvenating setting for clients. Its stated mission is to create beauty, empower clients and the people who work there, and help clients feel confident in how they look.

Stylists are Aveda trained, and the salon sells Aveda hair and skin care, makeup, and aromatherapy products. Haircut prices start at $30 for children, $45 for teens, $40 for men, and $60 for women, with a $50 shampoo and blow-dry and a $20 add-on for hot tools. Color starts at $90 for root touch-up, $105 for mini highlights, $130 for all-over color, $135 for partial highlights, and $175 for full highlights. Balayage, color correction, and the QiQi treatment begin with a complimentary consultation, and Vomor hair extensions also require a consultation, which can be requested through the online form. Waxing starts at $18 for brows or lip, $30 for lip and chin, and $50 for full face.

Booking asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel. After a second short-notice cancellation or no-show, a credit card must be kept on file to book, and a third short-notice cancellation or no-show brings a charge of half the scheduled service and walk-in-only booking. Late arrivals may have shortened sessions, and the stylist decides whether there is time to start. The salon offers a complimentary adjustment within seven days of an appointment if clients get in touch within 48 hours. Aveda products can be returned within 30 days with the original receipt, while styling equipment and travel-size products are final sale. Tips are separate from service charges, go directly to the stylist, and are not refundable. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 10am to 4pm, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
