Hair services cover haircuts for men, women and children, styling, color and highlighting, perms, and keratin and Brazilian blowout smoothing treatments. Prices depend on the stylist's level, which runs from Junior Artist through Senior, Master, Elite and Exclusive, and haircut pricing also reflects length, hair density and timing. Rising stylists receive advanced training under the direction of the salon's educators. The salon also seeks hair models for its stylist education program, though existing clients are not eligible to model. Clients get one complimentary bang or neck trim between scheduled haircuts, booked by appointment.

Skin services are built around a consultation and skin assessment by an esthetician before any treatment is recommended. Facial lines include Eminence, which the salon describes as plant-based, PCA, and Epicutis, which is described as suitable for sensitive skin and includes LED light therapy. Hydrafacial treatments come in tiers from four to eight steps, with add-ons, and HydraScalp with Keravive treatments are offered as a scalp cleanse, monthly treatments or a three-month package. The salon recommends facials every four to six weeks and does not recommend Hydrafacial during pregnancy, suggesting its Eminence, PCA or Epicutis facials instead.

Bridal hair and makeup are offered in-salon only and should be scheduled well in advance. Bridal hair includes a trial, and bridal makeup includes a trial, lashes and a take-home lip product. Bridal party and flower girl services are also available. Guests can enjoy drinks and snacks during their visit and receive small extras such as blankets and makeup touch-ups. Booking requires a card on file. Guests should arrive 15 minutes early, and appointments may be forfeited after a 10-minute grace period. Salon and spa services need 24 hours' notice to reschedule, with cancellations inside that window charged 50 percent. Lash appointments need 72 hours' notice for full sets and 48 hours for fills, and no-call no-shows are charged the full amount.

Estheticians assess skin during a consultation before recommending a facial or skin treatment.

Guests can enjoy beverages, snacks and small comforts such as blankets during their visit.
