Each appointment begins with a detailed consultation. The salon works with all hair types and textures, from straight and wavy to curly and coily. Extensions use premium human hair and are customized for each installation, with hand-tied weft, tape-in, sew-in, clip-in and tinsel options.

Waxing is done with hard wax and sugaring. Waxing needs hair at least a quarter inch long, and results usually last about two weeks.

For weddings, the salon offers a bride service, separate packages for bridesmaids and mothers of the couple, a bridal trial, bridal upstyles and on-site wedding beauty services. Bridal packages do not include a wash and blowout.
