The peel is $300 on its own, or $1,100 for a series of four with home care products. Palestra's own facials, such as the Fresh Start, Euro, Long and Luxurious, and Deluxe facials, start at $130 and rise to about $270 depending on length and add-ons. Extractions are not part of every facial and must be requested ahead of time. Guests are asked to avoid heavy makeup and exfoliation for 24 hours before a facial.

Massage menu options include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, Table Thai, BodyWork (a myofascial release treatment), lymphatic, prenatal and aromatherapy styles. Prices for most massages run from $130 to $230 depending on length, with a 30-minute TMJ buccal massage at $85 and a 45-minute Thai foot massage at $100. Prenatal massage is generally considered safe after the first trimester, and a first-trimester booking requires talking with a doctor first and informing the spa beforehand. Couples massage takes place in two dedicated rooms and is priced at the relaxation massage rate per person. Mobile massage is offered to guests staying at SouthPark hotels and to people living in the area, with pricing by contact. Body treatments include a customizable scrub, a Stone Crop body wrap, an herbal tea wrap, a Japanese-inspired ritual using Sothys Paris products, and a 90-minute signature treatment with dry brush exfoliation and a scalp massage.

Lash, brow and waxing services cover lash lifts and tints, lash extension memberships, brow tinting, shaping and lamination, and a Red Carpet Brows service that combines waxing, tinting and lamination. Waxing covers the lip and chin, brows, underarms and full face. Lash and brow guidance asks clients to avoid water, steam and makeup on lashes for 24 hours after a tint or lift.

Studio memberships and class passes cover yoga, meditation and sound baths. Drop-in visits are available before buying a membership or package, and most classes run 60 to 75 minutes with no prior experience needed. Packages combine services, ranging from a 105-minute sampler to a 225-minute day package that includes lunch. Gratuity is listed as included in package prices.
