About

Patrick McGuire teaches Power Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong at Palestra, with classes built around functional strength, mobility, breath control and body awareness. He studied Kung Fu for about a decade and has nearly ten years of dedicated yoga study.

He is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker and a Maxwell DISC Consultant, and he works with leaders and teams outside the studio on communication and influence. He created the Vitality Framework, a method focused on restoring physical and emotional energy before anything else.
