NYC The Team opened at 135 Fifth Avenue in 2022 under its current name, founded by Michelle Hong. The salon describes itself as a collective of stylists and colorists and calls its founder one of the most sought-after colorists in the city.

About

Services are grouped into haircuts and styling, smoothing and conditioning, color and balayage, and waxing and sugaring. Single process color runs from $150 to $265, balayage highlights from $325 to $650, and gloss from $120 to $150. Double process color and color correction are priced after a consultation, and so are updos and extensions. Color and smoothing prices depend on the level of colorist or stylist, and all prices may change based on client needs and requests.

The salon is open on Tuesdays from 10am to 7pm, Wednesdays through Fridays from 10am to 8pm, and Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. Clients can book through the website.
