Visits are walk-in friendly, though stylists encourage booking one or two appointments ahead. Online booking runs through Boulevard, which works best on Chrome or Firefox, and reserves appointments with a 50% deposit of the original service price. Haircuts always include a blowout, while color services on their own do not. Color is booked before cutting, and the number of color sessions needed may vary to reach a specific result. Corrective color, new double process, hair extensions and bridal services require a consultation first, and a complimentary consultation is available for exact pricing. Prices are approximate and may change without notice; ranges reflect the stylist's experience and level.

Education is a large part of the studio. The academy offers classes for salon clients and for professionals. Blowout Bootcamp is a group class on techniques for salon-quality blowouts, $125 per class. A one-on-one Blowout Tutorial with Davide Marinelli runs 1.5 hours and costs $250. Academy classes are non-refundable, but cancelling at least one week in advance earns a $50 credit toward products or services. If the studio cancels a class, attendees receive a full refund and may transfer to another course within 6 months. An attendee who cannot attend may send a substitute, with email notice 24 hours before class.

The studio also hosts small-group events in its intimate salon setting. These include bridal parties, groom's day, a Botox and blowout event, office appreciation, and blowouts with trims. Space for parties is reserved by emailing the studio. Blowout Happy Hour sessions run on Tuesdays and Thursdays with Lydia Sarju: a morning session from 9am to 11am and a twilight session from 4pm to 6pm. Each lasts 45 minutes and costs $55, and includes shampoo, a L'Oreal Powermix treatment and a scalp massage. The morning version adds a cappuccino and biscotti, and the twilight version offers a choice of prosecco, wine, rosé or an Aperol spritz.

Some policies are worth knowing before booking. Cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice lose the deposit or incur a fee set by the stylist, and no-shows are charged the full booked service at the next visit. Guests running 10 or more minutes late should call, as late arrivals may not be served that day. Wedding services take a 50% deposit that is non-refundable if cancelled less than three weeks before the wedding. Children under 12 may not accompany guests during services. Payment is by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or debit card; personal checks are not accepted. Tips are never expected, but cash or Venmo are accepted.

Styling draws on traditional Italian culture and is shaped around each client's own hair and personal style. Color is planned across sessions where needed, and stylists suggest the order of services to suit the result.
