MouradNYC is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery practice founded by Dr. Moustafa Mourad. It operates as City ENT PLLC, doing business as MouradNYC, and limits its work to surgery and care of the face, head and neck.

New patient visits run longer so there is room to talk through concerns, facial anatomy and possible approaches. No surgical decisions are made at the first visit. After the consultation, the patient receives a personalized estimate in writing. A dedicated patient care coordinator assists with scheduling, paperwork, preparation before surgery and follow-up visits. Every surgical patient is given a recovery plan tailored to them. Most patients who have rhinoplasty, a facelift or eyelid surgery are able to return to office or remote work within ten to fourteen days.

Facial surgery covers facelifts in deep-plane, SMAS, mini, limited and revision forms, neck lifts often combined with facelifts, blepharoplasty, brow lift, and chin and cheek work including sliding genioplasty. Nasal surgery covers primary, revision, preservation, male, ethnic and functional rhinoplasty, along with septoplasty, septorhinoplasty, turbinate reduction, nasal valve repair and broken nose repair. Sinus care includes diagnosis first, with treatment such as balloon sinuplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery and nasal polyp surgery considered when symptoms and findings support it.

Prices are published as general estimates of what surgery typically costs. They are not guaranteed quotes, and the exact surgical fee is provided after the consultation. The practice does not participate in any insurance network. Cosmetic procedures, including facelifts, neck lifts and cosmetic rhinoplasty, are generally paid by the patient directly. Medically necessary functional nasal and sinus treatment may be billed to insurance if the patient's plan has applicable out-of-network benefits. The plan determines coverage, which is not guaranteed, and the practice assists with checking benefits before any appointment is booked. A $500 cosmetic surgical consultation fee can be applied toward surgery if the patient books and goes ahead within 60 days.

The office is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and is closed on weekends. Virtual appointments are available for out-of-town patients. The nearest subway stops are 77 St on the 6 line and 72 St on the Q line, and parking is available in garages on Madison Avenue and at 76th Street.

Care begins with examination and explanation before any treatment plan is recommended, and aesthetic and functional nasal concerns are planned together. Sinus treatment starts with diagnosis, and medical therapy is used before surgery is recommended.

The office sits on Fifth Avenue directly across from Central Park.
