His facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship was at Baylor All Saints under Dr. Yadranko Ducic. His clinical focus includes primary and revision rhinoplasty, deep-plane facelift, reconstruction after trauma or oncologic resection, and restoring nasal airway function. For septoplasty he evaluates the septum, nasal valves, turbinates and sinus history together. He regularly evaluates complex revision facelifts. He has written a textbook and has more than thirty peer-reviewed publications and textbook contributions, including Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery: Concepts, Questions, Answers, published by Jaypee Brothers in 2019. He reviews prior operative reports when they are available and uses standardized photographs in surgical planning.
