A visit starts with a complimentary consultation, which can be in office or virtual and is open to new and established patients. The consultation is used to design a tailored plan after a diagnostic evaluation of physiology and individual goals, and the salon says a plastic surgeon reviews and approves each treatment plan. Out-of-town patients can arrange a virtual consultation by phone or email by sharing the treatments they are interested in along with preferred dates and length of stay. Patient coordinators can also help with scheduling, finding a hotel, and arranging private care nurses or assistants.

The menu covers injectables such as wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers and Sculptra, along with skin tightening, laser and light work, microneedling, chemical peels, custom facials, body sculpting and cellulite reduction. Sweat reduction, skin rejuvenation, IV drip therapy and hair restoration are also offered. Specialty services that go beyond injectables, including face lifts, liposuction and breast augmentation, are provided in coordination with the practice's sister property, Rapaport Plastic Surgery.

Online scheduling is available for consultations only. Booking a consultation does not guarantee same-day treatment, so same-day treatment or follow-up appointments need to be arranged by contacting the office directly. Hours are Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, by appointment only, and the practice is closed on Sundays. Patient financing is available through Cherry, CareCredit and PatientFi, which let clients spread the cost of treatment over time.

The salon says it works from a diagnostic approach, building treatment plans from an evaluation of each client's physiology and goals, with the aim of keeping a natural appearance.
