The curly menu is the core of the salon. The Marvelous Curly Cut is offered for all curl types, from loose to tight, and is shaped to follow each client's natural curl pattern on dry, detangled hair, with a consultation first and basic styling tips afterward. Extended styling and curl care lessons can be added to the cut. For clients new to caring for curly hair, the Marvelous Curl Goal Restoration is a one-on-one session of about 2.5 hours that covers cleansing, conditioning, detangling, styling, product selection and a cut. Clients not ready for a cut can book Hydrate & Define, a wash and style that ends in a finished curly set.

Color work includes blonding, single process color, root retouches, all-over color, silver blending for clients who cover grey, and custom dimensional color using foils and free-hand painting. New clients booking highlights or balayage need a color consultation first. Thermal Silk Press and a range of relaxer and Brazilian Blowout services are offered for straight and texture-smoothing goals, with the Thermal Silk Press limited to existing clients.

To book, new clients complete an online questionnaire, then choose a service and schedule through the booking site's new client section. The salon takes before and after photos of finished looks for social media, and clients who prefer their face not be shown can ask for it to be hidden. The studio has no space for guests who are not having a service, so children need childcare arranged or the appointment is moved. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and the salon charges a $50 fee per service for late cancellations or no-shows.

The salon says it uses precision and consistency to shape and form curls, and works with straight, wavy, curly and kinky hair of all textures and lengths.
