Founder and master stylist Cece Foxworth leads the salon. The salon places a strong emphasis on client education, walking each client through their own texture, porosity and curl pattern so they understand what their hair needs at home. Visits begin with a consultation covering hair history, goals and a home-care plan, and first visits include a gentle detox, treatments and a trim or shaping.

Silk press is a central service. It is a chemical-free way to straighten natural hair with heat and specialized technique, and a standard appointment covers cleansing, a conditioning treatment, blow-dry and flat iron styling. Amino acid silk press options temporarily loosen the curl pattern for up to 12 weeks, using Design Essentials STS, Avlon Texture Release and SilkOut Pro Taming treatments. Salon-grade products are used throughout for cleansing, conditioning and protection.

The salon also offers GinaCurl, a permanent chemical curl reforming system, along with Japanese hair straightening, keratin smoothing treatments, relaxers and texturizers, soft curl perms, sew-in weaves and hand-tied extensions, and hair color including balayage, highlights and grey blending. Services are by appointment only, Tuesday through Saturday, and walk-ins are not accepted. Booking is confirmed once a deposit is received and the coordinator or manager confirms the time.
