Color is the core of the menu. Services include luxury blonding, scalp foils (a dense application of babylights placed directly on the scalp, with little dimension), base breaking and grey blending. Root retouch with grey blending starts at $70, blonding starts at $170, scalp foil starts at $475, and all-over color or gloss starts at $100, available as an add-on or on its own. Stylists aim to keep hair healthy and intact through the lightening process.

Haircuts include a wash, cut and blow-dry, starting at $75, with an add-on discount when booked alongside color. Blowouts and special event styling start at $65 and include a double cleanse, deep conditioning, blow-dry, hot tool styling and updos. K18 treatment is included with every service. Extensions are installed with beaded sew-ins (Genius and hand-tied wefts), tapes, or keratin bonds (Ktips), and haircut and install are included in extension pricing. Prices for extensions run from $650 for a short, lighter density to $1,600 for extra-long, 150+ gram installs.

Stylists are independent and manage their own bookings by text or Instagram DM, and pricing varies by stylist. Guests can enjoy wifi, snacks, and drinks including Nespresso coffee, spring water and sparkling water. Seating is limited, so guests who are not receiving a service are asked not to come in.

The salon also offers the Strand bb education membership at $222 per year or $25 per month. It includes video tutorials on blonding, base breaking, color theory, the pH scale, placement, formulations, content creation and client communication, with new videos uploaded three to four times a month. Memberships are nonrefundable, and auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time.
