The salon's services are built around clean, low-tox hair work and personalized scalp care, with a holistic and eco-friendly approach. Color is done with clean options, and the salon uses clean, organic hair care products. Organic hair care products are also sold through a shop link on the website.

Visits are by appointment only. Scottsdale is open seven days a week, and Gilbert is open Tuesday through Saturday. Existing clients book services directly. New guests fill out a digital consultation form and then book through the New Guest booking page, where the team reviews each request to confirm the service.

Signature offerings include three New Guest packages called The Mini, The Midi and The Works, which include built-in consultation time. At Gilbert, a Signature Head Spa Experience starts with a scalp look and cleanse. Customized tape-in and sew-in extensions require a consultation before booking.
