The salon describes itself as welcoming clients of all genders, textures and identities.

Visits are by appointment only, and only one client is booked at a time, so there is no waiting room and no overlapping appointments. Suite details and parking directions are sent once a booking is made. A free consultation is recommended for major color changes, vivid color, corrective work and transformations, while haircuts can usually be booked without one. Color and blonding are priced hourly on a sliding scale that reflects starting point, density, length and complexity, and a clear estimate is given before work begins. Major color changes often take four to six hours or longer, and corrections may need more than one visit. Cuts and color can share a visit if the client mentions it when booking so enough time is reserved.

Hair health comes first when planning color. If a request could seriously compromise the hair, the studio will suggest a safer or staged plan instead. Services are shaped around each client's goals, texture and lifestyle rather than assumptions about gender. The studio follows Arizona State Board sanitation standards and may reschedule a client who is unwell. A deposit is required from new clients, for blonding, for color corrections and for appointments longer than two hours.

Color and cuts are planned around each client's hair goals, texture and lifestyle, with hair health taking priority over any single request.
