New clients begin with a consultation, which costs nothing and can take place over the phone or in person at the salon. During it, the technician recommends a method and gives a price, since the final cost depends on the method, how much hair is needed, and the length and color chosen. Custom color blends such as rooted, balayage and multi-tone work cost more than a single shade. The price is confirmed before booking, and payment is due at the time of service, with payment options discussed when booking.

The salon uses premium, reusable hair color-matched to each client. Well-cared-for hair can often be re-tipped and reapplied on a new set, which can lower the cost of that set. Clients also receive care guidance for their extensions, including a monthly clarifying treatment recommended for fusion.

Removals are done without acetone-based removers. Overdue removals, where new growth has matted past the recommended inch, are charged at $100 per hour.
