Extensions are the core of the work, including weft, tape-in, K-Tip, I-Tip, hybrid and sew-in methods, along with quick weaves. Every extension service requires a consultation before it is booked. The $25 Consultation + Hair Extensions visit covers a hair assessment, the extension options, ordering and pricing, and it does not cover a traditional sew-in.

Clients book in advance, as same-day appointments are not offered. Booking the same day carries a $50 fee that is charged before arrival. A deposit is required for every hair appointment and is taken off the total on the day, but it is non-refundable and cannot be moved to a later appointment. One reschedule or cancellation is allowed, after which a new deposit is needed. Changes need at least 24 or 48 hours notice, and shorter notice forfeits the deposit plus a share of the service charge. Hair should arrive detangled, or a $45 fee applies. Service times are estimates, and guests and children are not permitted; an extra guest triggers a $50 upfront fee.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers keratin smoothing, silk press and relaxer services, ponytails and updos, hair systems, cranial prostheses and wig installation.
