Lash extensions are a central service. Mega Volume and Volume sets are offered by the master artist, while classic and wet sets are offered by senior and junior artists. Lash removal and a Korean lash lift are also available. New clients who already have extensions in place are asked to book a full set along with removal rather than a fill.

Permanent makeup includes ombre powder brows, lip blush and brow lamination with tint. The ombre powder brow service is applied to the epidermis for a powdery look that fades toward the front and finishes with a defined tail. The business describes this technique as newer and more advanced than traditional microblading, and says results last two to three years. Touch-ups are priced by the time since the last session, and virgin and correction appointments run longer. Lip blush is a semi-permanent color that adds shape to the lips and, according to the studio, can help neutralize hyperpigmentation.

The studio describes the treatment as quick and less painful than traditional methods, and says results can be seen in as few as three sessions. Facials include customized options and a BioRePeel treatment. Glo2 facials can be tailored with seven OxyPod options, and Glo2 and Hydrafacial services are also offered. Fine line tattoos and touch-ups are priced by size and complexity, and some require sending the artist a design with preferred size and placement for a quote. Piercing is offered for ears, navel, nipples and nose. Hair services include braids, blowouts, men's cuts and hair coloring, and makeup starts at $95.

Booking requires 48 hours' notice before a scheduled appointment, and a credit or debit card must be kept on file for no-show protection. Unpaid fees go to collections and accrue a $20 per day late fee. Returns and exchanges are not accepted because products cannot be guaranteed sanitized, though damaged or defective items are replaced.

Artists can rent studio space by the day, part time or full time. Daily rental is $100. Part-time rental is $775 for three days a week, $525 for two days or $400 for one day. Full-time rental is $975 for unlimited salon use seven days a week, or $875 after a 12-month lease or 12 or more months worked at the studio. Lease periods run 4 weeks, 4 months, 7 months or 12 months. Rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, cleaning supplies, cleaning and laundry, a booking system subscription, 24/7 access, security surveillance and designated employee parking. Renters also receive mentorship and business coaching with Francine, and the studio offers one month of free rent after maternity leave. Courses include a 30-hour State Board Registered lash tech course and a five-day master course covering lash, ombre brows, lip blush and brow lamination, with financing available.

The studio says its aim is to be a safe, inclusive place that supports artists' growth through mentorship and community. It names safety and sanitation as core values.
