Most services are by appointment, though walk-ins are welcome. Clients cannot book online, so they call, email or text to schedule. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit secures an appointment. Bridal and quinceañera wedding day or event deposits are $150 and are applied to the final payment, while each bridal party or quinceañera party member pays a $50 deposit to hold a spot. Events include two artists, and each additional artist is $200. Event payments include an 18% gratuity, and travel is discussed when booking because the studio does not assume it will travel to a client location.

Extension work covers wefts, tape-ins, sew-ins, clip-ins and beaded extensions, customized to each client, with installs arranged by consultation. Custom clip-in accent braid sets are made to a client's length, colors and add-ons. Out-of-town makeup and hair services are arranged in advance, with travel priced by distance from the studio.

Private one-on-one lessons and private group sessions are offered for makeup and hair. Classes and workshops are listed as coming soon. Beauty products are sold, which the studio says are carefully selected.
