The salon's core work is extensions, weaves and custom wigs. The site says the raw virgin remy hair used for these is cut from ponytails with the cuticles facing one direction, is not treated with chemicals, perms or hot curling irons, has its nits removed by hand, and is sanitized with organic apple cider vinegar and organic shampoos. Wefts are sealed with glue to keep them thin and flat.
Braid extensions are done with hair the client supplies, while wigs include fitting and a wash and style.
Cancelling at least 24 hours before an appointment carries no charge. Later cancellations are charged half the service price, and a no-show is charged the full price. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe and cash on delivery.
Online orders over $230 ship free. Orders placed by 3 PM Eastern go out the same day by priority USPS mail with a tracking number, and the site says they usually arrive within one to three days. A portion of online order sales goes to help someone in the community.
Hair for extensions and wigs is raw virgin remy, prepared without chemicals or heat curling and cleaned with organic products, and clients begin with a consultation.
