The business is built around Aveda, and its founder, Dale LeMonds, owns and founded five Aveda cosmetology schools in Tucson, Provo, Phoenix, Avondale and Denver. The site states the founder has received over twenty NAHA nominations and that six students have been named Student Hairstylist of the Year. The salon describes itself as the best spa in Arizona; that is the salon's own claim.

At Litchfield Park, spa services include access to the resort pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and relaxation lounge, along with a solar-heated 25-meter lap pool and an acoustic sound lounge with vibroacoustic loungers. Couples suites and private rooms are available for couples massage and bridal parties. Massage choices range from custom and reiki to chakra, prenatal and abhyanga, plus enhancements such as hot stone, cupping, CBD oil and reflexology with scalp. A 20% gratuity is added automatically at checkout for spa services at this location.

At Scottsdale, the hair menu includes precision cuts, dimensional color and balayage, Aveda treatments, keratin smoothing and styling. Hair extensions come as hand-tied wefts, volume wefts, tape-in and i-Tip. The team also offers event styling trials and day-of styling for galas, parties and other special occasions. Booking a card hold is required, which is not charged when booked, and cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50%, with no-shows charged in full.

A trial for hair, makeup or both is required before a bride can schedule her wedding-day appointments. Changes or cancellations made within five days of an appointment are charged at 50% of the service price. Spa treatments are open to guests aged 16 and up; 16- and 17-year-olds must be accompanied by a parent and submit a signed Minor Consent Form. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Services follow the Aveda mission of caring for the world around us, and according to the salon, its products are made from pure plant and flower extracts.

Scottsdale is a boutique studio, while Litchfield Park offers resort-style spa amenities on the Wigwam grounds.
