The salon describes its team as professionals who have spent many years on their craft. Stylists list specialties that range from dimensional and blonde color to extensions, Brazilian blowouts, curly cuts and precision cuts, so clients can book with someone suited to the service they want.
Appointments can be booked by phone, by email, or online through Vagaro. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Thursday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extensions and perms are quoted after a consultation, perms must be booked by phone, and wedding event services are arranged by email.
Clients receive a text or call at least 24 hours before an appointment to confirm it. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $50 fee, and deposits are not refunded in that case. Clients who cancel repeatedly may need to prepay for the whole service. First-time clients may be asked for a deposit of 30% with a $50 minimum on select services. Appointments are held for up to 15 minutes, and later arrivals are cancelled. Children are welcome in the salon but clients are asked not to bring them to appointments.
