The lash menu covers extensions in four styles, booked as full sets or as fills, plus bottom lash extensions. Extensions are placed as custom fans on each client's own lashes rather than strip lashes. Fills are offered when at least half of the existing extensions are still intact. Clients are advised to book a fill two to three weeks after a set, because lashes naturally shed about one to five a day over a six-week cycle.

For clients who want a lift without extensions, there is a lash lift and tint and a Korean lash lift and tint, both of which curl and color natural lashes for about six to eight weeks. The lash lift and tint takes about 75 minutes and includes deep cleansing, a silicone shield, a lifting solution and a tint. Clients arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes, avoid eyelash curlers for at least 24 hours beforehand, and keep lashes dry and away from steam and humidity for the first day afterward.

Skincare and waxing services include dermaplaning, which uses a sterile blade to remove dead skin cells and fine vellus hair in about 45 minutes, and brow lamination with wax and tint, which takes about 90 minutes. Facial waxing uses warm wax on cheeks, chin, lips, brows and combinations of these areas. The salon describes itself as a favorite destination in Scottsdale and says the East Valley voted it Best Of Our Valley in 2017, 2018, 2022 and 2023, according to the salon, with the title credited to Arizona Foothills Magazine. The salon also states that its lash artists are licensed and certified.

Extensions are placed as custom fans on each client's natural lashes rather than strip lashes, and clients receive guidance on oil-free skincare, eyeliner, sunscreen and makeup remover while wearing them.
