The studio is built on the view that the body can heal itself when it receives gentle support. Visits begin with a personal evaluation, after which each client receives a customized plan that may include massage and facial work, herbal teas and organic products. The studio says its treatments support the immune system and help with stress.

The massage menu includes a full-body Signature Massage in 60 or 75 minutes, therapeutic massage with a choice of light, medium or deep-tissue pressure, and an Ayurvedic scalp massage. There are also prenatal and postnatal sessions, CranioSacral therapy and manual lymphatic drainage. Prenatal massage is recommended from the 20th week of pregnancy with OB/GYN approval, and postnatal massage 4 to 6 weeks after labor.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute gua sha face lift to a 90-minute Advanced Care Facial that addresses dark circles, congested pores and fine lines. Microcurrent toning is described by the studio as a non-surgical face lift, with weekly sessions for three to four weeks and monthly sessions recommended afterward. Microdermabrasion and a pumpkin enzyme peel are available as add-ons, and the peel is also offered seasonally in October and November. The owner makes the exfoliators, masks and herbal blends used in facials.

Combination packages bundle massage, facial and scalp work into 90 to 135 minute visits. Services are booked online through Square or by contacting the studio by phone, with online booking requiring at least one day's notice and same-day appointments arranged by phone.
