Lilith Beitchman

Lilith Beitchman runs Lilith's Studio as its sole proprietor. She is licensed in New York State as both a Massage Therapist (LMT) and an Esthetician, and holds certifications as a Prenatal Practitioner and in Gua Sha. She has worked in health, wellness and spa settings for more than twenty years. Her training includes the Swedish Institute and the Aveda Institute in New York City. She studied Ayurvedic teachings with Dr. Vasant Lad, and took a course in herbal medicine taught by Emma Graves, who is a Master Esthetician and Certified Herbalist. Gua sha was learned under Dr. P. Zhang, LMT, PhD., L.Ac. She has also worked alongside Dr. Pratima Raichur, a licensed Esthetician who specializes in Ayurvedic medicine. Her services center on Swedish massage, Ayurvedic bodywork and holistic therapeutic facials, with prenatal relaxation and third-trimester massage among them. She holds that the body can heal itself when given a gentle nudge, and her aim is to bring body and mind back into balance.
