Every new client starts with a consultation so the skin can be assessed before any treatment is recommended. That consultation can be virtual for $150 or in person at the Brooklyn studio for $225, and its fee is credited toward a treatment plan if the client goes ahead. New clients are asked to commit to a minimum of four treatments, and nobody is required to buy treatments after a consultation. Peels are offered only once the skin has been prepped, and most peel concerns are handled with a series of four to six peels spaced two to four weeks apart.

Customized facials are adjusted at each visit for acne, hyperpigmentation or aging skin, and may include extractions, exfoliation, dermaplaning and Celluma LED light therapy. A 70-minute Back Treatment offers a deep-cleansing option for the back. Laser hair removal is done with a Cutera Excel HR system and is priced by area, from $95 for extra small to $300 for extra large, with a full body session covering any six areas in 90 minutes for $1,095. Most laser clients need six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, and first-time laser clients must book a laser consultation before their first treatment. Jet Plasma is offered only as a series of at least four sessions, with packages starting at $1,900.

Appointments are booked and changed through a Vagaro account. Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late pay a $20 late fee, and appointments are cancelled once 15 minutes have passed. Payment plans run through Cherry, Affirm or Afterpay, each subject to approval; Cherry uses a soft credit check that does not affect the credit score. Health savings and flexible spending account cards carrying the Visa, Mastercard or American Express logo can pay for qualifying services, but health insurance is not accepted. Aftercare instructions are emailed before and after visits, and the shop sells take-home care products.

Every client begins with a consultation so the skin is assessed first, then moves into a structured, multi-session treatment series built around that assessment.
