Relaxer touch-ups are offered only to existing regular clients, except for ultra-smooth appointments.

Appointments are booked through the salon's online scheduling page. Text is the preferred way to reach the salon, and email is also available. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and the salon has clear rules on late arrivals, refunds and no-shows. Children's haircuts are priced the same as adult services, and wedding and special occasion styling is available after a consultation.
