Transformation cuts are offered for thick hair or for going from long to short. A bang trim and facial framing is a quick add-on, priced for new clients and included for returning ones.

Color is the largest part of the menu: root touch-ups, mini, partial and full foil, partial and full balayage, gloss, bleach and tone, double process vivid color, and corrective color for uneven results, including from box dye done at home. The more involved services need a consultation first. A $30 consultation of about 30 minutes is required before color corrections and bleach and tone for anyone booking before their first visit, and new clients booking bleach and tone, vivid color or corrective color pay a $150 deposit.

Treatments include a keratin smoothing service that the business says lasts three to five months, an Olaplex bonder for curly hair that it says lasts up to 15 washes, a deep cleanse and steam for hard water or chlorine, relaxers and straightening, shampoo and blowout, and a one-on-one session where clients learn to style their own hair. Halo extensions are fitted and cut after a separate consultation.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and no-shows, may be charged up to the full value of the appointment. Late cancellations need to be made directly with the office during business hours.

Consultations come before the more complex color and chemical services, so the plan is set before the appointment.
