Salon services are priced without regard to gender and are based on the hair, the service time and the technique involved. Consultations are complimentary and encouraged for new clients and for established clients planning a transformation. Corrective color and first-time Bleach and Tone clients may need a consultation with their provider before booking, and extensions are quoted by custom price after a consultation.

It includes root touch-ups, all-over color, Bleach and Tone, corrective color, vivid colors and grey blending, along with partial and full options for foils, balayage and babylights. Haircuts cover children ages three to ten, clipper cuts, and short, mid-length and long styles. Treatments include deep conditioning, a 3-in-1 bonder treatment, an Ultimate Treatment, and two keratin smoothing options, the GK Keratin Smoothing Treatment and the Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment.

Clients can text or call individual artists directly for priority booking and requests, or reach the salon's main line at (253) 344-1238. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 to 48 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed, or arrived at more than 15 minutes late carry a no-show fee of up to 50 percent of the scheduled service, which must be paid before future appointments can be booked. No monetary refunds are offered for services rendered, but dissatisfied clients can request an adjustment within two weeks of their appointment. A small extra fee applies when additional product is used.

Service animals are welcome in line with state law, and personal pets are not permitted as clients or visitors. The owner's two dogs may be on site, so clients with allergies or concerns should tell their provider before the appointment.
