Color is the core of the menu. Services run from quick toner and glaze refreshes and root touch-ups through mini and partial highlights, babylights, balayage, foilyage and all-over color, up to full versions of the highlight and balayage styles and ombre. Bleaching and corrective color are priced after a consultation, and prices can shift depending on how the hair responds to the service. Conditioning treatments such as Olaplex, bonding, detox and CAT options are usually paired with a color or cut, which lowers the cost, and they can be booked alone with styling possibly charged.

Owner Katie Brinkley joined the salon in 2005 and took over as owner in March 2018. Haircuts for women, men and children are offered at several price points, and every cut includes a complimentary shampoo and styling. Keratin Complex smoothing and keratin treatments are available for frizz and curl, and Halo Couture extensions begin with a consultation. Extension hair is bought before fitting and is non-refundable once purchased.

Appointments should be cancelled at least 48 hours ahead. Late cancellations may be charged half of the service total or require a deposit, and longer appointments may need a non-refundable deposit of half the projected total.

The salon says it aims to deliver a high standard of professional care and an experience suited to each client.
