Haircuts include a consultation, shampoo, precision cut, and blow-dry and style, and a deep conditioning treatment can be added to any cut on request. Gray blending is a toner or gloss-type add-on applied at the shampoo bowl alongside a haircut. For men, there are beard trims shaped to the client's preferred style, a shape up along the natural hairline for returning clients, a haircut with beard lineup and aftershave, and a longer grooming package that adds a hand massage and eyebrow waxing and shaping.

Smoothing options include a heat-activated keratin complex treatment, which the studio says lasts three to five months, and a Brazilian Blowout, which applies a silicone-based serum that is sealed in with heat. Both are priced from a starting figure and take about three hours. A preview session for couples planning their wedding covers the look, the haircut, a styling plan, recommended products, and a timeline for the wedding morning.

Cancellations and reschedules are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment. Within 24 hours, the scheduled cost is charged at 50 percent to the card on file. Refunds are not given on services, but adjustments are made for problems raised within two weeks of the appointment.
