Every visit begins with a conversation about the client's hair, daily life and goals before any work starts. Cuts and color are shaped around each client's hair density, length, texture and lifestyle, and the salon aims to keep appointments on schedule without rushing the work.

The menu is grouped into haircuts, color, highlights, styling add-ons, treatment add-ons, grooming add-ons and related add-ons. Color services use Davines Mask with Vibrachrom, a permanent and semi-permanent system, and the stylist confirms the final price at consultation because it depends on length, density and the result wanted. Complimentary consultations are offered by appointment for any service, with no charge and no obligation, and last about 15 minutes.

Guests can have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while they are in the salon. Street parking is available on 18th Street through ParkMobile, or at the Colonial Parking lot at 2421 18th Street NW, and the salon suggests allowing extra travel time because the area is busy.
