Services are grouped into color, consultation, cuts, hair, styling and treatments. Color ranges from a one-process color or gray coverage, which includes an all-over gloss, to custom face framing foils, partial and full foils or balayage, and double process color. Full foil or balayage includes 100g of lightener and 40g of gloss, with an extra product fee of $30 per 100g of lightener and $15 per 30g of gloss or toner possibly applying. Root gray coverage can be added to full foil or balayage for $30. Color correction is priced after a consultation.

A consultation starts at $50, and that amount goes toward a service booked afterward. Color analysis covers hair tones, contrasts, and the makeup and clothing colors that suit a client. Customized haircuts include a consultation, a detox wash and a style, and the salon says each cut is tailored to the client's needs, features and texture.

Treatments include a hair and scalp detox that removes impurities, metals and buildup and is recommended before color services, an ozone hydration treatment, two named ritual-style treatments with ozone color and scalp care steps, a keratin treatment, and a K18 before-and-after color treatment that can be added to any color service for $40. The salon says K18 repairs damage from bleach, color, chemical services and heat and describes it as clinically proven.

Booking policies require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes, or 50% of the booked service is charged. Clients who do not show up are charged the full booked service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $300 or a custom amount and gift card sales are final.
