Color options range from express gray blending, which uses a brush and comb technique, and toner, a semi-permanent service, to mini foil, full and partial foil, face framing highlights, and partial or full balayage and foilayage. Eyebrow tinting is also offered. Corrective color and KEUNE Color Chameleon fashion color are priced after a consultation.

Haircuts cover children nine and under, junior cuts for ages ten to fourteen, barber cuts such as clipper fades or scissor-over-comb work on very short hair, and short, medium or long cuts with or without a blowdry. Prices start at the amounts listed and run higher when Kim Chiaradonna performs the service: haircuts with a blowdry start at $75 and are $90 and up with Kim, and barber cuts start at $50 and are $60 and up with Kim. Final pricing varies with hair length, technique, time required and difficulty.

The Keratin Complex menu includes the KCEXPRESS Blowout from $175, where the salon says results can last up to six weeks; the NKST Smoothing Treatment from $375, with results up to five months; and the KCMAX Maximum Smoothing System from $375, with results up to three months. The salon calls the NKST award-winning and describes the KCMAX as its most powerful keratin treatment.

The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Services can be booked online, and a credit card number is required at booking to secure the appointment and is kept on file. Rescheduling or cancelling needs 24 hours notice; cancellations with less notice, same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled services. Late arrivals may not receive full services, since appointments end at their scheduled times. Children under ten need an adult in the waiting area and may enter the service area only while being served. eGift cards are available in $5, $10, $20, $50 or custom amounts.
