New color clients book a consultation before any color service. One may also be recommended for major changes, corrective work, or double-process blonding. Bringing inspiration photos and a record of recent professional and at-home color helps the stylist plan the appointment.

The services are grouped into cuts and blow-dries, color and highlights, styling, smoothing and conditioning, and brows and waxing. Color ranges from single-process and gray coverage to foil highlights, balayage, dimensional color, blonding, and corrective work. Smoothing options include the Brazilian Blowout and Wella Smooth Filler, alongside personalized L'ANZA conditioning and a B3 Bond Builder treatment.

Clients can book online or by phone. Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late may mean a modified service or a new appointment. Final pricing depends on the stylist, hair length and density, products used, and time required, and appointments can run past posted hours. Service sales are final, though concerns about results raised within seven days may be adjusted with the original stylist at no charge. Children are welcome in the salon area during a service, but those under 12 may not join a parent or guardian at the adult's appointment, and there is no childcare on site.
