The salon says its work starts with listening to the client before each service. Haircuts open with a complimentary consultation and a relaxing head massage, and finish with a blow-dry. Hair color is booked a la carte and does not include a haircut or blow-dry. First color visits, corrective color, balayage and ombre need a phone call to book, and the salon may ask for a complimentary consultation before any color service.

Color options include single process color, foil highlights and lowlights, hairline highlights, hair gloss, color correction and men's grey blending, which blends gray hair with natural color for a low-maintenance result. Keratin treatments include Keratin Complex, Brazilian Blowout, Keratin Express Blowout and a split end treatment. The salon describes its keratin services as safe for color-treated and chemically processed hair. A 50% deposit secures a keratin appointment, and first-time keratin or Brazilian visits also require a call. Deep conditioning uses Kérastase Fusio-Dose or b3 Demi Permanent Conditioner.

Bridal services can be provided at the client's location or at the salon, and can include arranging food and drinks or recommending makeup artists. Bridal pricing is based on a consultation. Updos are offered for weddings, special events and nights out. Hair extensions use Bellami products, and their pricing and method are set during a consultation. Spa services, including manicures with nail shaping, cuticle care, a hand massage and classic or gel polish, along with facial waxing, are available at the Belmont location only.

Pricing varies by service and stylist level, so the salon recommends contacting it directly for current prices. Clients can book by phone at either location or through the website. Neither location is open on Sundays or Mondays.
