Color is a core service. Options range from single process color, root touch ups and toners to foil highlights, partial and full balayage, hand painting, and vivid or creative color. Color correction is priced by the hour, and grey blending is priced according to the result the client wants. Extensions cover hand tied, beaded weft and keratin bonded methods, with some options that use no glue or adhesive, along with V light extensions, hair tinsel and Bellami volume wefts. The salon also offers wig toppers and a thinning hair solution built on Exosome Stem Cell Therapy, which the salon calls science backed and which runs as a six week regime.

Precision cutting, including a curly cut and a cut paired with a shine treatment, is available alongside smoothing services. Those include Keratin Smoothing, Hair Botox and QiQi, which the salon describes as formaldehyde free, and a Brazilian Blow Out aimed at reducing frizz and blow dry time. Booking is done through the online booking feature, and the salon confirms by call or text. A credit card on file is needed to hold an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead, by text or call during business hours, avoid a 50% fee, and bookings with less notice, including Platinum Card, carry that fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or may receive only part of the booked services. Refunds are not given for services already performed, but complimentary adjustments within the same scope are offered if the salon is notified within 7 days.
